Bought two of these remotes - both refuse to clear. All LEDs still come on when buttons pushed after following the clearing procedure.

I reset mine doing the A and B and releasing B and B 3 times . Done it many time and the leds lights keep on coming on

Hi, I just bought a couple of new 433Mhz remote controllers. But by pressing both buttons to reset, the light doesn't flashes to reset mode even holding on to it for 10 over seconds... Pls advise. The online shop that sold me the items wasn't very helpful. Pls advise. Thanks

I just recently got one, but as soon as I program the second buttons the first one cancels out. The remote doesn’t have 4 channels, otherwise each Button would work separately, you can’t just have one signal you need multiple on the gates as the second one is half close, half open like the original, usually they have 3 buttons on the original and each one should correspond to that of the copy remote. Ripped off here.

Yo, not sure if you figured out your issue but I decided to throw this out there for anyone else that may have my issue. I recently lost my fob for some motorcycle lights that I bought. I found that in the instruction manual, to pair a new remote without the old one (at least for the lights) you disconnect power to your receiver, then when you put power back on it it’ll enter pairing mode for 3 seconds. As soon as you connect power press and release A, then press and release B. Not sure if it will work for your door opener but it worked for my lights and I imagine it’s the same but it’s worth a shot

The original? Try holding in both C and D and see if that resets to the original programming.

Many of us, me included, found that pressing A + B did not work to clear the programming and asked you for help. You have not bothered to respond. Your advice is not at all helpful, so no thanks for nothing.
