This is pissing me off. None of these are wrokong. I got these from Amazon. They paired perfectly fine with my Samsung as20. They were working perfectly fine as a pair with my. I lent them to my daughter when she went out with her boyfriend and she said the problems she was having with only one of them was connecting. She gave them back to me I tried to pair them then with my laptop because I wanted to use a Bluetooth pair of earbuds with my laptop. I ran into the same problem they were only connecting one. So then I tried to reconnect them to my phone which is a Samsung s20 and now they're pairing two separate individual devices. I have tried this method and other methods that have been shown on RU-vid here to factory reset these stupid earbuds and I can't get it to work. The right one is the ONLY one that I can't get the light to go BOTH green and white ready to reset. The left one keeps turning off. Wtheck!????? I'm going insane with this. The ONLY reason I bought another pair of these is because I lost one of my old ones. Other than that they worked fine. 🤬🤬🤬 Can someone PLEASE shed some light as to how to fix this pairing as two different devices and why I can't reset my earbuds.
