Thank you so much! It helped with 4C Error that disappeared from the display, however, the drain pump failed to stop working. I've tried to unplug, press the on/off button no change. That cB cycle failed once, but as I ran it the second time, the pump stopped and I was able to use the washer perfectly. My model is washer/drier with different functions. I switched to the Eco program, pressed simultaneously the keys indicated above and finally managed to reset it after my second attempt.

Mr. Afridi, was able to trouble shoot my Front Load Samsung washing with this video. However, this August 18, same washing machine malfunction. This time, I can't reset because when I press the TEMP ND DELAY, it doesn't work. The power is on but the PLAY button is not working. Please help. Thank you for your kind assistance.😢

Hola, tengo la misma lavadora. Tengo un problema. Ahora Solo me funciona los ciclos de la manilla, el panel de control enciende pero si quiero escoger funciones manuales no me toma los comandos, es como si tuviese un bloqueo los comandos. No me permite cambiar la temperatura, ni la cantidad de agua, nada del los comandos. Ahora solo lavo con lo predeterminado en la manilla. Que puede ser?

That’s not a reset; it’s a calibration mode for the washer it must be performed after installation has been done to ensure your washer accurately understand the correct amount of laundry inside (based on pounds) so it could add the correct amount of water.
