How to reset service reminder in Mercedes-Benz W211 (emissions inspect. performed on time?) E-Class 

For those pulling their hair out after this does not work try this. 1 turn key to #2 position 2 go to mph display in the cluster 3 turn key to off position 4 turn key in # 1 position 5 press trip odometer knob three times (QUICK) voltage will appear on display 6 select Down Arrow (shows service menu) 7 select confirmation using - 8 Press the right menu systems button 9 full service will be highlighted 10 Press and hold right menu system button until service confirmed message appears

Nice Video, will this kill the Emissions Check Malfunction? Also, will it kill the BRAKE Service Workshop malfunction? My servicing mechanic can't reset those two with his OBD II device and I think its MB specific.

its not entering the service menu when i press the trip reset button thrice or hold it for a while... why?????????????? any other method? please help

This says to me 'service not confirmed'. My service days have passed with 10 days. Can u help me confirm that?
