How to reset tire pressure light on toyota rav4 

Putting air on tires is not resting the damm light on dashboard my guy....

You didn't reset it. You just filled the tires with air.

A question if it has more on it the light will still on ?

Not helpful as you just put air in the tires and didn't tell us how to manually turn off the TPMS light and reset it. My tires have the right amount of air but the light won't go off.
