This was certainly challenging and took far too long! I had to pull out tweezers in addition to the one tool provided. But I got it! Whew! So much better!

I managed to shorten it but because I have very slim wrists I have to shorten it again..not looking forward to that process again, it wasn't that bad because I had tgis video to follow otherwise I'd be lost!

Hi, thanks for your concern. The watch is gold-plated, not made of solid gold. It has a gold-colored finish, but the material underneath is 316L stainless steel not pure gold.
