I need to Enable "DHCP" on my router as well right? I mean enabling on dvr wont solve my issue if my dvr is not getting the ip address

Make sure your device already connect to the router, or you can use additional router

@@HikvisionUpdate yes device is connected to my router but i have assigned my ip address on my own, actually my issue is, it shows video on my monitor but shows offline while sharing it on my mobile

Same issue. The IP address doesnt change on any of the settings
