Dear Sir, I have installed three more camera on my current NVR and the connection is okay I can Ping the IP camera from my location but when I want to Add it is not displaying it show no link and in Yellow sign when I click it show unknown error.

Great video! I have an Eero and cannot find the Lan Lan isolation. On the SADP tool all I see is my LTS NVR, no cameras? How would you fix this issue? Thank you!

I would strongly appreciate your help. I have hikvision camera connected to the router and white IP address. Port is forwarded. I can see the video in my phone ivms4500hd through internet. But when I use same settings in my hybrid dvr (there are two ip channels available), then I get IP exception. Any idea? Do I must have dvr and ipcam in same network? Does it mean remote camera connect through internet is not possible?

Yes, if your ip camera not on same location, your ip address should have public ip address

i have router connected to internet and nvr connected by lan and only 1 of 12 cameras show up... they are meant to be plug and play seeing they are all hkvision cameras.. i just dont get it... why is the experience so bad from a trillion dollar company. They all have ips allocated by the NVR, all ethernet lines were tested as working. I just dont know where to go from here.

I have replaced a camera in my hikvision that was not working. When I swapped out the new camera for the old camera it shows no link. I reviewed the router and LAN LAN was unchecked. The status show unreachable. Any ideas?

We changed our wifi service provider The ip adress is now different on the system than that of the camera when it was installed should i manually edit the camera ip address?

I have s hikvision system of 8 IP cameras and NVR. Sometimes 8 images appear properly on the monitor but other times one or more shows “no link”. There is no pattern for this problem. Any help please!
