Hey @afonsocarneiro thank you so much, glad to hear you like the video. It's an amazing bike, love the fact that it has a kickstart. A nineties bike which is popular and loved by many. Appreciate the feedback!
I use wet sanding to help keep scratches down. Try using water with your sanding! When you scrape surface with knife edge, don't be the bull in china shop with strokes. Be as precise as possible in your movements. Better care with knife blade means less sanding. Cool! I was going to suggest heat gun when you brought it out!
@@timbarnett3898 Thank you very much for your advise! I will keep this in mind, wet sanding as well as being careful with the knife edge. Does wet sanding help prevent those small visible scratches that I had to remove with the hot air gun in your experience?
Yes wet sanding helps with scratches, remember too kept working sandpaper with fingers, rubbing out an removing build up on sandpaper while working surfaces!
@@TheSilverback-p9y would love to keep it but running out of space in my garage :) but will definitely get one for a custom project! But I habe another XJ 750 that needs some TLC 😜
