How to format windows xp if i have drive c and drive d i have all files backed up in drive d. My question is when i start the fornating and partition which drive i have to delete and repartition i want only drive C the boot drive. Can you explain me more detailed or if you have some videos of your own than let me know or to some friends of yours because in every search in you tube there is no video when is explained about partitioning when you have already partitioned drives.

Hi. My laptop was actually from a deceased relative who bought it with Win 7 home premium installed 32 bit, and I want to put my 64bit of windows 7 on it after restoring it to factory. Is there anything I need to think about before I start? Like any factory password that only he would've known that will stop me in my tracks at the start? -Thanks He also had a different User (name). Can I change that in the process too? Also -Does a factory reset include the drivers that came with its Windows?

doesn't work, i can't even click on advanced settings to get to the point of the restore to factory default option, the other methods i keep getting a blue screen with "no_exception_handling_support" and have to restart, i've updated the laptop, not sure what that error means?? all i wanna do is scrub my history off & restore to default factory settings, why is this so complicated?? geez!!
