After this steps my admin on WIND 10 user cannot also access settings. Window pops for 10 seconds and then closes.

Nice titorial for using a PC at a kiosk or so. But what normal users need is a quick and easy way to prohibit access to websites even if they are on the favorites bookmarks bar. A simple prompt for a password would suffice. No such thing in Edge?

This is silly. All you have to do to bypass such restriction is to go to browser's settings and ask the browser to ignore any proxy settings and connect directly do the internet :)

need help with same problem. I want to whitelist youtube but videos stop working with this kind of setup. I also tried going through individual whitelist extensions in chrome and even used inetcpl.cpl but the same problem happens, also with netflix and most other streaming sites.....
