How to restring a Dewalt Quick Load Spool
Step one - Remove Battery
Step two - align white lines - if no white lines remain remove the cover so you can see that the tube is aligned with the holes on the side.
Step three - feed string through so an equal amount is on both sides. Make sure string passes through the central tube - you may want to remove the cover to confirm the string is fed correctly.
Step four - turn casing in a clockwise manner while holding the outer ring in place in a ratcheting motion.
Once 5” remain on both sides of the central spool you are done! Replace the cover if you’ve removed it.
