The fumes are caused only with the 100% rubber sealant that is not cured all the way, and then sealed the lens back on. Allow at least 48 hours for the sealant to cure, and you will never see any fumes. The sealant only fumes when the sealant is in drying process. I've learned that 4 years ago on my own headlights. :)

I buy my from the Auto glass shop. Go to any autoglass shop that change the windshields, and buy the sealant from them. If you still can not find the sealant let me know, I will get you a tube "High Viscosity Polyurethane Autoglass Adhesive".

don't you need a ballast to run those?..I would think you don't just hook them up to the factory wires and turn them on?

I've seen several videos of people retrofitting projectors and angel eyes into reflective housing headlamps but I was curious how I would hook them up. Nobody ever shows what wiring is involved. For instance my headlights come on automatically with a light sensor at dusk. Would they still work? And do you have to wire the angel eyes into the parking lights or something?

I do not have the vehicle, and the owner did not send me any pictures with the headlights installed.

Will you do my solstice! I am in canada, how much would it cost to do this! This is the only thing i do not like about this car.Great job!

Not this one. I have the same sealant on my car for 4 years now, and no condensation yet.
