I have grey hair from age 10 the only thing that has worked for me is castor oil (ik it's really greasy but that's the only thing that works maybe dilute it a little with other oil I use cucumber oil) that's it do it and do a malish Your new hair will grow black again(in case of premature greying) Ps. I'm 19 now trust me on this dealing with this from years

Madam...you rightly said to avoid stress...but hair thinning and grey hair has affected my confidence while roaming in society as I always fear some may look at me as I am aged... that's the trigger point. Rest of remedies are ok. I agree cortisol secretion (due to stress) is main cause of many ailments which we don't know.

Since i grew up and now I'm on my forties we always leave oil over night or even longer, no problem at all! It is tradition in my culture and Im Polynesian so it passes on from our past generations. We have long strong healthy hair! We believe grey hair causes by the things we put on our hair - shampoo, gel, hair spray etc and not forgetting unhealthy meals.

@@kuleilani Thanks for your inputs. I am from a tropical region and humidity is really high in my region, as it is in most parts of India. If I apply oil and keep it overnight, it makes my hair feel heavy, sticky and also the natural sebum gets trapped and cannot flow out of the scalp skin due to the layer of oil above the skin on my head. As a result, yes, I do experience a lot of hair-fall coming from a tropical region with very high humidity and temperature. But if I keep the oil only for two hours, then it works the best. No significant hair fall. Well ofcourse, a bit of hair-fall is normal and should happen. So yeah, that is my experience. At the same time, I think your place has different weather and climatic conditions. So overnight oiling doesn't affect your hair. Glad to know that the tip worked for you. Sadly, it does not work for me...

Hello mam. I am of 38 and I have so much grey's . And I have hairfall problem also. Is it possible to reverse Grey's at this stage ? If not plz tell me how can I hide or cover my Grey's by natural way without harming hairs and avoid hairfall. 🙏🙏

im 39 stress is the cause of my gray hair, when im with my friends it looks like im way older than them.

Ig stress is the major cause for this I'm 20 and I always overthinking and in stress 24/7 so rn I'm tryin to reduce it by workout, and meditation...just keep yourself busy and stress free that's it

@@ujjwalsharma4055Yes i know the feeling, its because of genetics bro mostly. cant do anything about that. the only thing which u can do is take care of your hair to prevent hair fall. Thats the most important thing.
