Age 25.weight 58 fasting level 117 and 2 hours after fasting 161.i do regular exercise and running with good eating habits.how to prevent this..??

@@FoodandNutrition0 i am fine.i was not diagnosed with pre diabetes in the lab test reports.my all reports are normal.glucometer doesn't show actual sugar level

My Age 32 yrs. My hba1c is 5.9 Can simple walk of around 5 km per day is sufficient along with control meal. Or I need to do some exercise also. Kindly reply.

You need Cardio and Exercise. Also change you diet. Don't worry prediabetes is reversible with certain changes in lifestyle. Just stay consistent and take good care

@@samiulhassan6706 do intermittent fasting..4 ltr water...get a sun daily Do cycling or whatever u like... Do diet with 500 cal. Deficit Share ur result after 45 days

@@roopalchaudhary sahi bole yar ...gluco meter 20 se 25 no. Tak jyada batata hai ...mujhe urine infection tha ...isliye baar baar peshab lag rahi thi ...aur pyass bhi ..lekin lab mein test karaya toh pata chala ki mera 94 hai ..tb jaan mein jaan aayi
