My teacher once told me to record myself. If you have No1 to listen to you Recite slow and record yourself Open the mushaf and play it back whilst looking at mushaf carefully Be critical with yourself EVERYONE has a smart phone… put it to use and record yourself reciting and play it back! Works wonders… amazing!
@@ustazHamza let me know how it works for you. Personally I find it amazing. As the phone picks up every single sound and you can rewind it…. Sometimes a teacher or anyone listening will say er recite that again but you might recite it correctly 2nd time lol whereas first time you said something else… can’t escape a recording! Stick in earphones/AirPods and it’s even better as you hear every single letters makharij
Assalamualaykum, thank you for posting. As a mother of 2, this made me realise, I also need to listen to Quran properly in order to identify mistakes in my children's recitations.
May Allah raise your ranks for your love and proporgation of the qur’ān. You show passion and love and enthusiasm in teaching using various methods… in 2022 many are clinging onto Thier deen and brainwashed and preoccupied and immersed in sin and transgression meanwhile we have ppl like yourself showing passion in reciting & teaching the best of All speeches. Incredibly proud of you and happy for you, may allah give you more and increase you and grant your firmness. Wallahi there is nothing better in this dunya than to cling to the book of allah as it will be a question in the grave after the 3 questions it will be said… and how did you know… “I read the Quran and firmly believed it is the truth…” paraphrased Abu Dawood 4753 (Darusalam Arabic to English)
As-salamu alaikum, jazakallahu khairan for the video. I've memorised half of the Qur'an, I really don't have anyone to listen and correct me the way I want so I decided to revise from Yassin to Nas but have to look at the mushaf towards Kahf. I want to keep doing that to remember alot before continuing to memorize. Advice me please
Assalamu alaikum ustaz, I have had this question from a very long time and it would be really beneficial if you responded- Can i memorise the Quran if i am not fluent in reading it…? And just hope that inshaAllah with patience, practice and time i will be more fluent. Or would you suggest that i first master my recitation and only then start with the memorisation part? May Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala bless you and grant you Jannatul Firdous for all the effort you put into making these videos :)
@@user-oi6xw6cr8d But heres the thing, my poor recitation is mainly cuz of myself, i dont practice that much… some of the end surahs like the last 20 pages or something, that i read fluently with proper tajweed, qnd ive even memorised some of them. But the rest, well i stammer a lot, make mistakes without realising (like reading ya as ta etc etc) and yea my recitation isnt fluent. And isnt repetitions a part of memorisation, so like can i hope my recitation will get more fluent with the more i repeat? Or do i become fluent first, then start memorising?
As Salam waliakoum since childhood out of ignorance and lack of guidance I learnt to read the Quran with transliteration! Very bad I know😬 But I was always afraid to read the Quran in original least I make mistakes. However I overcame my fear and since 2 years I started reading the Quran, then learnt tajweed, however I keep on as you say make mistakes like saying ta as ya, nun as ba, mix up between fa and wa. However when I ask for Allah's help and focus I can alhamdoulilah recite. The main takeaway is never stop asking Allah for the impossible and never give up on His Mercy! First have the intention of what you want to achieve, is it just recitation or memorisation or both. Second ask Allah swt in sujud and in all salât and dua for knowledge, guidance and help. Practise with Nur al Bayan book it's really good and YT has videos on it. At the same time keep on reciting the Quran, record yourself when you recite and listen and check your mistakes. If you can learn vocabularies as many come up frequently then when you pronounce a word wrong while reciting the Quran you'll immediately know your own mistake! Also put on Sheikh Hursari(teacher) mode and recite with him while looking at the Quran. For example surat al Baqarah try finishing it every week, sura Mulk every night, sura al Kahf every Thursday asr to Friday until asr... The suras from last 2 ajjas try memorising some of them... InshAllah Allah will make it easy for you 🤲🏼
Asalamualaykum can u tell me how to review your pre sabaq if your sabaq is a page bc my teacher gives us a page and we have to do that every day. And for some reason my pre sabaq is hard to give without mistakes and stucks
happened to me last week in end of juz 22. I was skipping 2 words and my teacher caught it after 2 days of me reciting wrong because I didn't have class for 2 days
Assalamu alaikum ustaz, I see a small rabbit at the end of the video drawn, wouldn’t that be haram to do even if it’s done digitally?, Jazakallah khair
I memorized 1 juz long ago and now my teacher is saying it has alot of mistakes. Now my teacher is trying to correct me but no matter how much I practice or listen to sheikh , when I try to recite to someone I recite mistakes one 😭😭😭
@@shan8071 basically sabaq is the new part of the surah that you are trying to memorise. Like now I am on surah Adhariyaat so my Sabaq is half a page. (I have to try and memorise half a page from that surah) that is going to be my weakest memorisation because it is fresh memorisation. I could forget it within 2-3 days if it is not repeated over and over again.
i think the best way is to record yourself..half a juzz is probably 25 mins..listening 25 mins..then recording again..then listening again..thats probably one day of revision for me
@@ustazHamza not really..like i will open the mushaf and check my recording..and stop it there and and repeat a small passage which includes the mistake.
