Resting time between 60 seconds to 1 minute? 😂 I have to check my elbows position. Thanks for the video.

Haha yea I caught that after the fact. I meant 60-90 seconds of rest between sets. Yes man keep those elbows high and in tight. Thank you very much for watching!
