Extra virgin olive oil likely would be fine at 359 degrees and it is healthier. Thanks. You helped me out and now I am going to make hummus and salad dressing with my roasted garlic.

1:28 they’re the cloves, the bulb is the collective noun for a group of cloves together ergo you’ve roasted a bulb of garlic (which you called a “head” of garlic). Hope this helps! But otherwise nice video mate 👍

@@mrbatata9438 Tip, I tried it, some peeled in the foil, with salt, pepper, and olive oil, wrapped tight, and one with the whole garlic clove cut, like he did, but I did 300 for 22 minutes. It came out perfect! I used it tonight in some cauliflower mash, and I made garlic herb butter for my ribeye steaks, and other meals. It was amazing so far! ❤
