How to Roll Clothes for Packing Cubes

When I first discovered Packing Cubes, I had no idea how to roll my clothes to pack them efficiently and maximize space in the cube. Over the course of my travels with only my backpack, I can say with confidence that I have learned how to roll my clothes to be able to maximize the space inside a packing cube!
I tried to make this video very straighforward and simple to follow. I hope it is helpful to you!

I was able to pack 11 T-shirts into a large packing cube, using this method. I even rolled my socks using this method. With a combo of rolling and folding, I can pack my 28" suitcase and not have to expand my bag.

You do this extremely well! You make it look easy. :) But it is amazing how with this method and packing cubes you can pack so many things into such a small space.

You saved me with this video!! One question though - when you fold the shirts at the bottom, how do you get it to tuck around the shirt when it's folded up? I tried several times last night and it wasn't happening

Looks good but how to the clothes look when you unroll them to wear them? I would like to see a video of a week later. If the clothes are wrinkle free, I'm in!

haha actually I kept my clothes rolled like this all summer (well I was wearing them, so rolled, unrolled, rolled again, etc.) when we were in Eastern Europe and they held up great! I think it could probably depend on what type of fabric the clothes are, but generally, they don't get wrinkled!

Hi! Thanks for watching and commenting! In our experience it has never stretched out the hem of the shirts, but it may depend on the type of fabric too.
