Informing Marines about how to roll the sleeves of a Woodland Utility blouse. (U.S. Marine Corps video by Cpl. Jose VillalobosRocha and Lance Cpl. Joseph Drewsen)
Seems like a good idea to have videos of things like this for Marines. Some people have an easier time understanding things after seeing them in practice as opposed to just reading an MCO
Yeah. More to being a marine than rolled sleeves. Seems like only Pogs pride themselves on rolled sleeves. It’s all they got to worry about. They don’t have to worry about calling in fire, calling in a medevac, getting a 1st class PFT, making sure they don’t flag anyone in training or in theater, can’t land nav, can’t hump, can’t shoot. But they sure can complain about something that won’t save your life in combat. MOS- 0311 2nd Light Armored Reconnaissance Bn Alpha Co 1st Plt
I don’t know how they survive these days, with all these videos. How is anyone in the barracks supposed to make extra cash? 😂 No really, good looking out. Semper Fidelis to my fellow Devil Dogs
Right? Used to make bank off the new schoolhouse arrivals when I spent 4 months at my last schoolhouse. Got $200 all together just by rolling sleeves since they were all christmas marines
@@chiconico9738 I never heard of that but I get it, meaning Marines that both went through recruit training at both Paris Island and maybe even some amount of AIT during the winter season.
Thankyou so much for posting this video. Whether or not the powers that be may realize it being nice enough to teach everyone how to do things like that mean a whole lot more than you might think. I finally have a halfway decent entry level camera and a comparable tripod to go with it and I promise; I give my word as a STADT specialist I will make video's on how to achieve better ASVAB scores, and how to shine boots.
I’ve only been in the Marine Corps for a little over a year now. I have always had shitbag sleeves. I’m at post for MSG now and we need tightly rolled sleeves for a visit from a General tomorrow. I can’t get this done right for shit. I feel like a fucking dumbass lmao
While that would have been amazeballz, I think the reasoning behind it is so that there aren't two more (with every size and shape for male and female Marines) blouses that the Marine Corps must pay for to have on hand and that Marines must pay for at the uniform store.
