Madden has gotten worse. I didn't think it was that bad but I see why people complain so much. I've stopped playing it as much because most people online are spamming things that just wouldn't happen in real football. Madden has become "how to beat the developer." I like real competition but not this spamming unrealistic crap.
The thing that is always confounded me about this game is that people in this community pretend it's different than any other sports video game having a meta. Expecting players to sit in the pocket as people run a gap pressures that come in on a consistently inconsistent manner, or expecting people not to run those blitzes at all so you can sit in the pocket, for instance... At the end of the day I just think the game is a game and people are going to play it as such. Not everybody online with the intent to play by other players' unwritten rules of how to play a video game; or abide whatever gentleman's agreement you think should exist. I'm really not trying to be rude so much as just explain that no matter how you feel about it, it doesn't change what your task is when you match up against somebody online. They are going to run things you don't appreciate having to defend. It may hurt your outlook on playing online, and I understand that too. But it doesn't really change that people will always play to win - no matter if it's Madden or Checkers.
Madden is going to always be bad until they have some sort of competition from another such as EA College Football but then again I highly doubt that will happen. Smh
@killahcammm70 it's based off a real sport it's suppose to play like real football it's called NFL MADDEN 🤷 not fortnight football I bet u gave madden all your money just to have all the best cards for wins that mean nothing I bet u run these same glitches this guy is talking about you people are pawns in a money war and don't know yall just playing a game for fun and wasting FUNDS the dude in this videos doesn't care about shit but views and content for money yall don't really LOVE the game of FOOTBALL gaming is dead its all a monopoly even the guys giving u madden glitches is in on the gig 😂I support none take this view and this comment all u gonna get from me
@@ZANmaddenHell, it's not even just all sports games, it's basically all competitive video games in general. For those that didn't know: drop shots and quick scopes are NOT how you win real wars, but rather how you win on Call of Duty. At the end of the day, the key concepts and principles of all three phases of football are very much prevalent in Madden every year.. even if some things get very exaggerated and arcade-like. It's just the nature of the beast with H2H competitive video games. The beauty, though, is that there's an option for just about every type of player. Sweat out the super competitive meta online, tweak the sliders to your preference and have a blast offline, find some like-minded people who want to run a CFM with a specific set of gentleman's agreement rules, etc. There's something for everybody.
I don’t consider this a glitch. There are pros and cons. If you’re opponent rolls out then he pretty much cutting the field in half. So you can put numbers on that side.
Couldn’t watch the whole video bro. This isn’t “strategy”, this is trash 🗑️. It’s relying on glitches to get a win is proof of weak character. That’s not football. If you want to get good at passing just practice and have good to plays it’s that simple. Not rolling out nearly 30 yards, like really? Besides this is so easy to stop. Just learn how to read the defense and trust me you’ll get better. Goodness kids play the sport to win the game 🤦🏾♂️ #27
The problem with Madden now is the MUT stuff. Since this isn't really "simulation" football. 2k could have filled the gap. I didn't play Madden for 15 years. There's still no "real" football game
Between this, the KO’s, dollar blitz, Madden is unplayable. They need to patch this game. It’s no longer skill based, but then again, it never really was skill based. It’s about who can exploit the game the most.
I agree with you in terms of how squirrely the game is getting. That's ultimately what the game does at the end of the year. Every single season when every player has the best abilities and everyone knows the best blitz is in the skill gap is closed because the knowledge is out there. But the reality is, velocity abilities on quarterbacks and knockout abilities on defensive backs are a multi-million dollar sliver of how valuable abilities are in this game to EA. And while the meta blitz may be slightly different every single year, the same people are always going to say the same things, at the same time of the year, every single year. It doesn't change my job as a content creator to explain the pain points in the game and the counters, both. I'm sorry this topic frustrates you, but it doesn't mean you're not going to run into it. But unlike most tipsters out there, I'm going to show you how to put your defense in a position where you can't wait to face this. You'll see tomorrow
Won't argue with you there. But a cursory look at the content that I provide 99% of the time will tell you that I'm not your enemy. I do tend to root the vast majority of what I drop in a football context. It just so happens that this tactic is becoming very rampant as people are more than fed up with the agap meta from dollar. So now everyone, regardless of what defense they run, is dealing with this right now. I don't take joy in all the content that i put out. Some of it sucks to have to produce to begin with. And the truth is that this existed last year. EA didn't fix it. These types of videos explain exactly how mechanics work. So while, yes, I'm going to get some views off of people who just want to glitch. The ultimate end goal is that this nonsense should not make it into next years game.
Comeback routes are so underrated too for rolling out because if you keep doing them it forces them to clamp down on them which makes it easier to hot route a streak on hurry up if you possession catch without going out of bounds and get them over the top. I’m so bad at remembering the names of plays and formations I just know based on what plays are under each so I can’t say what it is off the top of my head but there’s one where you roll out left and everyone is on crosses and in routes and I put te on drag and I can always get one of them if the comeback doesn’t work or there’s not enough time for it to develop then I hurry up and switch to that play with the weird tight end route where he runs in like an S Route in the opposite direction that you roll out to and it’s the opposite direction of the previous play and I can just Leo switching up on that til they figure it out then I hit them over the top with a streak and works like magic Think great for like 2 minute drill situations too since everyone is running toward sideline and those comebacks routes are perfect for this. My problem is this year they sometimes get me like right on the play action so I thought that was what this video was gonna be about but seems like you’re talking more bout non designed roll outs. But still though this is interesting I do usually have my line slide protect but idk if I’m just stupid or what but the thought never even occurred to me to do the double team part so I’m gonna have to give that a try
you stop it by qb containing. Any time the QB takes too many steps back or tries to move out of the pocket boom he has Chase Young on the right edge to have to outrun, and Justin Tuck on the left. Meanwhile down the middle, my user...Mr. Warren "Fuck your line, i am sacking you" Sapp.
If you're playing Ultimate madden its important fo have two good edge pass rushers. On qb contain. With a blitz you run to the side Too tall jones will be waiting for you if you go left either Garret or Bruce smith will be waiting for you with a blitz.
