Hi there I will be starting my own cake business sometime in the future. I was wondering if you had to let your mortgage and house insurance know about you making a business from home and if you had any problems with this? Thanks
I think you would need to inform the council not just the EHO but the housing and ask for permission x Because it would all need to be stated in the insurance you have. Im just guessing because we own our home and i have never been in that situation, i know people who rent privately have to ask there landlords so its kind of the same thing. Do it to be on the safe side you dont want to be in breech of anything
