@@huntermaynard8837 Me too man. I have a harder time burning fat but thankfully have kept healthy and active since college. I know the struggle of being overweight. Glad you’ve overcome that💪
Hi Hunter great content . Can u plz talk maybe on why u were not prepared like u sayed to the championship and what does it mean to be prepared like Atkins came in order to win. Caus at the end u took 2nd coming "unprepared" with 2.5 hours traibibg a day and the point gap was small from "that fucker" Thanx
I’ve always been curious as to what kind (and how often)of speed work you guys do to improve mile splits for long distance running. I’ve had a strong desire to really improve my times, just frustrating with what I think is planters fasciitis in my left foot.
