Hey, u said to do A skip for 5 minutes for explosiveness... does that 5 min straight or 5 one minutes?

Didn’t say for explosiveness. It’s a way to build the base for more elasticity. But it can be done in multiple steps if it burns too much !

To confirm, 1% of Body Fat adds 0.1 - 0.2 seconds to your 100m time? Or to ur 50m times? Which distance?

40yd - 100m sprints, every 1% will slow your time down about 0.1 seconds (fat don’t fly)

He’s right fat don’t fly but it’s no that simple. A degree of fat is required and if someone has a little more fat they could compensate by being stronger with max strength and ability to translate that max strength into velocity to offset the added weight/fat

@@AlousThoughts relative strength is essential, that's why we talk about body fat, because if you lose body fat you can only do that by improving/maintaining muscle mass (strength) relative to fat. If you lose weight its what you say, you just get weaker and produce less force, you wouldn't actually lose bodyfat either. also, idk if I mentioned I would never go under 8% but for athletes, but 12% is my recommendation

warm bath way better than cold bath especially during season, after practice i would do 3-4 warm baths per week and 1 cold bath before a rest day, this worked the best for me i ran the 100 ,200,400 and my muscles would be really tight

Personally I don’t see how this would train work capacity , that’s more of a track thing, wouldn’t really go for that in the weight room
