The Gatlin, Usain rivalry is entertaining it sell tickets and promote brand and sponsors. Usain showed up for his commitments not to do track. He retired he told them that, but his mame brings money, the only ever track athlete to do this, not Carl Lewis, Maurice Green, non of the past. The main reason Usain is popular is because of his personality, the crowd likes his antics, America though dominant in the past were too serious and hype. They lacked the playfulness and their appearances were not inviting. Usain let every track athlete relax, because of Bolt, Gatlin is a better athlete, he smiles more and he is much warmer to officials and track workers which is missing from the present 200m and 100m champion. The sport is now again flat, fast times but boring delivery.
