it is very dangerous when the motor is forward, then I press the reverse push button then Y0 and Y1 will be ON, it can cause the MCB to trip. indeed the push button stop should be pressed first before changing the direction of rotation. But if there is a short on input X0 and X1, it will be dangerous. Note: added interlock after contact X3 cross Y0 and Y1

If you press both forward and backwards it run the two outputs and if the two contactors are not mecanicaly linked it will create a short. You can put a nc of the other out in every line.

You should probably add code so that you couldn't run the motor in forward and reverse at the same time. I only say this because if someone copies you it will cause a short circuit.
