Maybe the reason you are seeing those water Chun-Lis that have decent, but very slow runes is that she is actually completely busted in rift beasts. You probably knew this, but for anyone reading, the water C-L ignores when the atb is 0, but the rift beasts don't have atb, just a timer between attacks. Basically, her s3 always ignores (in both states) and she can carry pretty hard in the non-groggy state, so the rest of your team can be Mav/Brandia/Kro/Naomi nukefest for getting high scores.
have you tried to do a chun li light arenna cleave with kacie ? because she breaks def and slow aoe and she have 111 base speed which is always good to have high base speed
Correct me if im wrong but thing about wind BD is, same as feng yan, passives do not crit, which means, her additional damage according to speed cant actually crit, thats why her extra damage seems to be super low 😖 not 100% sure about this tho
What's interesting is the damage multiplier for Amputation magic .75(attack) per card, is the same as chunli's third skill: .75(attack)x7... the issue is the attack bar needs to be 0 for the ignore def, so until they hit 0 attack bar her third skill does massively less damage than her skill 1... so yeah... No need for a pull parry block on that one.
I mean...lushen has that multiplier on an AoE. Should've compared multiplier with water sniper (400%) vs potential max of water chunli being 6 × 75% = 450% (because of the way ticks work in sw they will never have 0 atkbar on the first hit) So it's around the same potential max damage but needs a accuracy check and setup for the opponent atkbar.
so, important thought, she has the same multiplair as Lushin third attack for each hit, he hit's 10k with buffs on my account for each hit. if W. Chun-Li has a character that 0s the enemy attack bar right before her she could do 65k to 70k so it's very situational and can't compare with Lushin's AOE but could help in rit since they have 0 ATB. but still not that much...
what i heard about the water chun li is that her 3rd Skill since its "attack bar" focused against enemies that have no Attack Bar at all like the Beasts.. it always procs the ignore def ... not sure tho
Since chun li and blade dancers are technically the same unit, can I feed blade dancers to chun lis to skill them since the event is over or do I need to devil them?
Just got a Leah from my first time clearing toaN 100 (I'm really happy right now). It sounds like you want to pair her with like a Bernard and, can anyone tell me if she's good against rift beasts? If I remember correctly you want a lot of speed for one of them.
Idk if this will be seen by anybody, but has lariels damage been buffed yet? I haven't done any skill ups, but the damage on the third skill does half of the dragon's health in DB12. I feel like the fire blade dancer is the most useful for ToA, which is who i plan to build and skill up first, cause that's my primary struggle right now.
She defintely is good just needs a team built around her to be optimal. Normaly you need everyone fast and someone like fire chun Bernard or another speed up to go first then a strip and then defense break then chun.
I wish the game would let us use the blade dancers' transmogs on chun-li, I have the dark one and the vereesa look is much better, 100% waifu material.
just tested dark chun-lee...... her skill 3 ONLY strips on the first atack, ONLY atk decrese on the seccond and glancing on the last atack... thought i had a tiana replacement............
@@mikebrown7296 fast as possible with high accuracy % and I had a little CD/Cr for s2, mine 21k HP 225spd 110atk 99%acc 44%cr 158%cd she is a support monster but i like her
Yo, I pulled the dark Chun-li on my shitty alt account, but I'm I'm stoked to use her... Of course I pulled her about a week after I pulled Triton though. 😅
A very tall order indeed. I got her up to 221 speed with other decent stats and i am trying to get team mates that are ever so slightly faster than her, to increase both speed and attack power. I suggest you guys check on chilling and galleon team mates for her. Good luck on getting them ever so slightly faster than her.
Helppppppppp! How do I make runes faster? I see people equip rune with at least 200 speed and still with strong attack and health. I can't seem to do all of them at same time. :(
I don't get it. Why is the wind one so meh if the light one is op? I understand their passives work differently, but both come to More Speed = More Damage. Is the Wind one's multiplier for damage just lower (since the light one is based off difference)?
Am i the only one that thinks the blade dancers are cooler looking than the Chun Lis? Also i pulled 2 light chun li's. Wish I could change one to the blade dancer form.
