The only thing I can say about your videos is that, the viewing figures every year will only go up, you're doing a fantastic service that alot of us are very thankful for, despite the current viewing count, by next year this video will then be much much higher, for what it's worth I'm very thankful and if I lived in the USA despite you showing me, I would pay you for your knowledge. Many thanks from the UK.

@genysmenrunner1677
@genysmenrunner1677 5 лет назад
You can try to wet the leather with a little water and let it sit like 10 sec and wipe it with a rag and you’ll see that it is dry. If you do that on a non coated it will soak it and left a water mark.

You should always make videos if that's what makes you happy. Numbers shouldn't be your drive to make videos, your happiness and creativity should be number one. Whether it's 7k views or 70k views someone is enjoying what you created, and that's rewarding in itself.

Yes, keep making the videos! I think the reason that there is a difference between subscribers and views is because many times people are so busy with life in general that they may not watch a particular video until they are preparing to do something pertaining to their vehicle. Then they go straight to RU-vid and look out see what SPC has to show about it. SPC has been a great help to me and I appreciate every video you do. It's not common these days for someone to take time to help others. Many times its seems that when something helpful is done, it goes unappreciated. Please know that there are so many of us that love your channel! Keep all of the videos coming!

Hi SPC, I find your videos thoroughly educational and my primary aim is to learn and enjoy. Whenever i get a notification i click on the video, determine if i'm going to watch it, (most of them) click thumbs up (cos it directly supports the channel) and sit and watch and learn and enjoy. Video frequency doesn't bother me and i appreciate you're investing greatly in making them. Keep 'em coming. The leather used in automobiles is pigmented leather, effectively painted leather. If you saw leather in its natural state you probably wouldn't want it in your car. I would cos i'm a bit strange that way, and i do a bit of leatherwork myself. You've done a good job cleaning your leather but as you say the most important thing is conditioning once cleaned. Stay safe and keep up the good work. 👍

I hope you continue to make videos. I started watching you about a year ago and have learned a lot of good things on how to keep the ride looking good. Bought lots of stuff, Dewalt buffer included, directly due to what I've learned from you. No rinse car wash , the blue stuff, worked so good, I can't tell the difference on the car where I waxed it with the Zymol, so darn it, no reason to use the buffer yet. And best of all my daughter the baby of the family, 12yrs old, loves the happy faces you draw on your gloves. Excellent family friendly content that is of great use, every thing I've tried that you've shown works and better than expected. You have become my defacto authority on these projects. Still wondering where the coconut shampoo rates as far as a conditioner. Also, can we assume that all car leather seats are coated? I have 2004 Honda Accord which I have completely abused over the years, and I'd like to really clean up and salvage their looks. Maybe address when multiple ingredients will work. Please keep up the good work.

The Hyper Cleanse is no joke. It worked fine on a 2014 with black leather, but the leather was in good shape, so it was hard to tell how effective the cleaner was. I also used it on a very dirty 2006 Lexus with gray leather. I used a nylon brush as well, which may not have been necessary if you just saturate, wait and wipe. It did an incredible job, very similar to this video. I know it's expensive, but it is a fantastic cleaner. Not perfect, but for leather, vinyl, some plastics, and some cloth/carpet, it works well. You definitely need some sort of leather conditioner after you use it. I used Leather Love on 2014 black leather seats, and it worked OK, but I don't think the price was justified. The Hide Rehab may be better, but I can't report on it. Another winning vid for SPC.

Keep up on doing the videos! I watch them all, and like being able to refer back to the older ones as needed. I like cleaning and maintaining cars, and don't have a lot of money, so I appreciate the 'affordable' part of what you teach.

Once a month or less?? No, once a week, maybe every two weeks if you super busy and can't get one out..but please, don't make us wait month(s) This cleaning was amazing..didn't think that seat would come back like it has.Great stuff! Oh, and the oil video has been promised foreveeer, and am a bit over the wait..not even going to put my choice in again..like the other 3 or 4 times, lol,. Don't worry about the low views..it's summer, when it changes people will view them again in droves.

Love your videos so please never stop ! The humour and honest content make them put treasure for those of us that love our cars. Whatever frequency you think is best, maybe one a month as a minimum but more if something great comes along.

I support you doing what you have to on video production. If it’s one per month, one per quarter, or one per week. The content is great and I value it highly. Watch a few frequently to ensure i pick up on all the tips. Thank you.

I'm gonna try this, and if it works as well as the carpet cleaning video, I will consider adding SPC to my will.

I have always been a Quaker Steak guy but I have had really good luck with SuperTech. But I always use an OEM Motorcraft filter and change my oil every 3k. I have a 97' Crown Vic., 17' Mustang (5.0) and a 17' Fusion. I use the Quaker in the 5.0 and the Fusion because it is only a buck or two more. Makes me feel better but SuperTech must be made by one of the major oil companies.....

Great Job. Don’t stop making the videos, you always provide information that you just don’t find anymore. If you have to cut back on your time we understand. Weekends are probably the best for your new videos but you probably already know that. I heard YT doesn’t promote new videos for the first 24 hours, I’m sure they have their reasons. Definitely do appreciate all your work and if you stop making I will probably have to seek therapy for withdrawals !!!😱🤗

I can understand if you cut back in the frequency as this is obviously not your only job and these do take time. However, please don't cut back too much as your channel is one of the few where I ring that bell and even go back to your other videos as a reference. The information is invaluable for the diyer. Thanks so much
