The Brazilian's bakery is thriving because she's in a college town. Lots of international students will come to eat her stuff due to homesickness or adventuresome exploration. And of course college girls will just devour anything that is decent and sweet, like brownies. She doesn't have to be good. Just good enough. The other bakers, though, are the real deal. Their breads look so good!
