How To Sand Curved Shapes with a Cheap Homemade Tool

I have a bigger project coming that has many curves in it. Sanding that is quite difficult so I prepared myself by building this tool that is perfect for sanding curves. Making it is simple, cheap, and doesn't require a lot of tools.

Hello I love your videos you are very ingenious I refinish alot of furniture alot alot of hand sanding flat surface aren't to bad but round chair legs are a real pain I would like to see you invent some type of power sander I've given this alot of thought something like a mixer beater that both shafts turn in together but would have to flex open and close sounds far fetched but I think a young guy as intelligent as you could make such a tool I'll be your first customer thanks greatly enjoy your videos

Rather than a velcro strap which can get gummed with sawdust I tend to use a small handclamp on the drill, allows for a quicker off and finesse of the trigger to control the speed.

Interessante Lösung. Ich selbst mache viel in 3D-Druck, demnach würde ich es drucken, weil ich gar nicht die Gerätschaft zur Holzbearbeitung habe :-) Ich schaue deine Videos gerne an, weil ich sehe, was mit Holz alles möglich ist.

Want cheap scraping and sanding tools in every shape .... Try pallet strapping. Various sizes. Shape with shears,... sharpen and honed. Or shaped on forms, any profile... virtually.
