Ms. Sha’Davia is on a roll! I love how you inspire to keep going and to motivate us to do what we have to do to keep saving and stick to our goals 😊 I started my 25 envelope challenge and $10 savings challenge this month and I’m making progress on both!! 😊🎉
Omg that is amazing! ahhh. cheering you on girl - you out here doing it! I have the same goal as well and hope to be putting about $1K towards it in the next couple of weeks
Yes, take it easy! I want to become more intentional and setting goals for myself allow me to mark my progress and celebrate wins when I can’t even see them on a daily or as often as I’d like. ☺️
Yea my challenges are coming together I saved from my $1 $5 52wk and 26wk and doing great within a month. Imagine each month 😳. Now you can get more excited to see your paycheck now lol.
Amazing job Sha'Davia! I love this for you and I am here to support you along the way 😊 I am working towards my emergency fund savings goal of $1300 slowly but surely...currently have $10 saved so far. My main goal for this year is to pay down my car loan by 50% which amounts to $10,000 and I am using mini savings challenges to achieve this goal. Have a great week love!
@@ohshebudgets I commented like 2 minutes in because I was confident that you crushed your goals before you even said anything. You definitely motivate me to keep pushing.
Hey friends thanks so much for tuning in to today’s video! This is my month one update and I can’t believe the final numbers. How much did you save this month?
Hi I’m finding your channel now ☺️ are you still active in you tube? I feel like I’m in the same journey, trying to save money on a low income with so many goals for my family. I would love to see more on your journey and follow along as well to save.
New Subbie here. Love your channel and your determination! I’m glad I was able to catch and follow you at the beginning of your 10k journey so I can follow alone. I’m also on a 10k savings journey while maintaining my debts!
Hi I think I’m confused, congrats on your monthly plan, but your not able to save all $10,000 in 12 months. Don’t you still need to make payments to your CCs? Did I miss something?
I am credit card debt free so I don’t actually have any payments to make there. Most people can’t save or don’t think they can save $10,000 in one year. I was one of those people until I created a plan for myself that will help me reach this goal. So now I’m just documenting my progress along the way. I hope that answers your question ☺️
@@ohshebudgets I vacillate between the two myself. The only reasons I’m strongly considering saving the extra is because I’ll pay off around $8K in debt in February.
Yes. Low income isn’t just a number, but multiple factors play a part like household size and location. Based on my state poverty line my income is still considered low income, not extreme low income, for a household of 5. I hope that answers your question. ☺️
New to the channel here. Congratulations on exceeding your first months goal! Have you thought about putting your savings in a high-yield savings account? It will help you reach your goals a bit faster. I have a traditional savings account and recently started a high yield savings account to help me with some new savings goals as well 😊
Thank you! I am also using my savings challenges to keep track of my progress along the way. Once I complete a challenge I will then deposit the money into my HYSA. ☺️
