I have currently only 3.5 lakh of principal remaining in mortgage loan and emi is 5k with 8 years remaining. Shall i continue with this. Or better to repay the principal quickly as i have surplus amount every month around 50k, now and market is also over valued.. or shall i increase the emi amount .. which option will be benificial.. pls advice.. thank you
