In Argentine Spanish, people use "cara dura" (lit. " hard / tough face") to refer to someone who van bőr a képén. The noun ("audacity" in this sense) is "caradurez". "Tiene la caradurez de venir" = van bőr a képén idejönni
I am not saying that it is a direct connection, but the thing is that word "obraz" in Czech means "painting", while in Serbian, it means only "face", Hungarian "kép" have both meanings. Do you think that it is not a coincidence as well or am I just out of my own mind?
