"Ca" is "ka" in Japanese, that's why "Halcali"(the band) is "HaruKari"( or はるかり) in Japanese. And they have "va"(ヴぁ) now, but it's not used much and is only for lone words when it is. Like "vampire" is "vanpaia"(ヴァンパイア)...though, most common "ba" is "va"...so it's more commonly "banpaia"(バンパイア) for "vampire".

Kuso is not particularly bad words. We use it as joke so it’s heard in daily life

I wonder if one says"saitei" to someone for being such a really really really bad person, oppressing them,bullying them is the same as saying the f word in English straight up to the bully person or is that word more like what we would mumble, so it's not like a direct cussing word? Please tell Because to me, it's like saying "OMG" which is more like a sighed word or mumbled out word that one would say as a surprised reaction to see the level of bully one does to another, not a direct cussing word directly fired to the bully like in English when some is annoyed so bad, they can just say the F U word straight to the person they hate.
