So are we gonna call this the Gallaxi Pinch? Haha... yeah... or not.
This is a video I put together to help those that want to learn how I perform my pinches. I ain't good at making tutorial videos, but hopefully you guys enjoy this one since there's not really an in-depth pinch tutorial out there.

I have been missing my pinches for two reasons 1. I was jumping after the ball starts to roll up on the wall 2. I was boosting and pinching. Thank you, man solved my mystery!!

I've been doing these for 2 hours and kept getting dud's. Turns out I needed to stop holding boost. Very helpful, thank you. One thing that woulda been helpful (if possible) is common problems and fixes. Like the ball not going fast or that it just keeps following the wall.

2 years too late, the boost isn't the problem. If you boost and hit the ball where you should hit it, you hit it even harder, the only problem here is, most people position themselves in a way, that they won't hit the ball right behind the center anymore while "holding" boost, they end up hitting the ball exact center or more in front towards the target side of the field, so it doesn't work anymore. If you get used to position yourself that you hit the ball near perfect with boost, it's even better.

@@DerHouy I feel like boosting cancels out some of the momentum. And a flip is one simple force, while if you are still boosting, it might push the ball still against the wall but after the flip, which makes it a dud.

If you boost you move your car to the middle of the ball and it can't find a gap to shoot out from so your car bounces as the ball acts like the wall.If you jump late then your car didn't have enough time to move for this to happen

I'd say you can't boost because you go on a slight angle. If you hold boost you move in front of the ball and pinch it in the wrong spot.

the reason boosting till you hit the ball doesnt work is because you are boosting to the right!! if u air roll you can do boost but if ur doing this method u cant boost

very helpful video! i’ve been doing a custom training level all about pinching (i’m a beginner at pinching but i’m platinum) and my problem is i can get very good distance and speed but i can never get it aimed at the goal. it always just flies straight; about two feet away from the wall. any tips??
