Learn the difference between low-bleed, cotton, nylon and polyester white inks - as well as the variables you need to know how to control to get better white prints.
The basics:
1. Always use the right ink for the garment you're printing on. More details: www.printavo.com/blog/how-to-...
2. Mix your ink well.
3. Use additives (like reducer) to ensure your ink behaves the way you want.
4. Use a warm platen to make the ink easier to print. Pre-heat your flash unit!
5. Find a squeegee durometer that works for you.
6. Make sure your off-contact is correct
7. Use a smoothing screen if possible
