Great video. Pacer charged me out the ass for checking everything even just to check the summary transactions which they bill you for just by looking at it, I don't go on it no more unless I really have to. Just to check my docket it cost 30 cents every time I click the history button, lucky it's only 10 cents a page. I had to figure that out the hard way.

Pacer is worthless on criminal and civil cases they do not provide any verification on the name matches...

I use PACER to lookup Telemarketers and see if they had been sued before.

Hi i am a law student from India I am doing research in law but pacer is charging me for accessing data for learning. Plz help me is their any other option wherein I can study Civil cases under United States Code

If you spend less than $30 on PACER, you won't have to pay a fee. that might be different since you're using it in India, not sure.

you should qualify for a Fee Waiver. have you applied READ AND PLAN 5 U.S.C. § 552(a)(4)(A)(ii); see OMB Fee Guidelines, 52 Fed. Reg. at 10,018

hi i have some very interesting civil rights cases in us district court district of mn regarding 20cv55 20cv1958 20cv2154 21cv111 which i am pro se and facing tough odds but doing a darn good job of all 4 so you ought to take a look and see if possibly you may be interested in these. any help you may be able to provide would be greatly appreciated or just to hear that my cases are going well considering the circumstances i am facing and the quality of my work on my legacy i foresee leaving for society as a whole.
