You can!! You will have the option when making your application! You will be allowed to choose if you want to apply for just the endorsement (Stage 1) and the visa (stage 2). God bless!!! No Limits
Where does a senior health care worker, doing a personal research on disabilities and has attended conferences, talking about disability awareness, fall?
@rhodajude Hmm. Nice to meet you. Your research has to be beyond personal. Can you say your work is clinical research? How long have you been a researcher? These are all questions we need to think about as we go through the criteria to know where you fall. God Bless!!! No Limits!!!
Well said Ma. May GOD bless you. I’m always looking forward to your videos. I think Ma I need a session with you if you don’t mind, let me know your email pls. I have a lot to ask from you. Thank you in advance!
Thanks for the great effort Dr. But there is a point which is totally weird. Global talent visa does not require a job offer but for route 3, you should be working in a UKRI recognised funding project and also you shoul be employed by an organisation in the UK. If you are already employed by a UK employer why you should search for talent visa.??? Lets say I am working on a Ukri recognised funded project in Turkey how can I find employer in the UK, i literally do not understand the aim of route 3 since it is already asking for an employer in the UK. Can you please helo me to clarify that? Thanks in advance Regards Zehra
Hi, I hope you're doing well. Apologies for the delayed response. Route 3 of the Global Talent Visa is designed to accommodate a broader range of applicants, particularly junior academics and researchers who may not qualify for senior positions under Route 1. This flexibility is one of the key advantages of the Global Talent Visa, as it doesn't impose any salary thresholds. Route 3 is open to anyone, provided their employer is on the list of endorsed funders. Interestingly, all universities are endorsed funders by UKRI. You can think of Route 3 as a counterpart to Route 1, with the UK Government's intent being to offer more opportunities for people with diverse expertise to come to the UK and contribute, which aligns with the overall goal of the Global Talent Visa. I hope this answers your questions. No Limits!
@@YemisiAdedeji thanks for your reply. Uk universities are endorsed in the ukri list. Unfortunatelg route 3 is still not clear. For instance, horizon europe program is on the approved funders of ukri. But you have to be working for an organisation again which is approved by ukri. Which means you habe ti be ina university in the uk. Am i wrong?
I have a doubt about stage 2. So does the applicant need to give biometrics even if they are in the UK by going to the VAC? Also, passport submission? If you submitted your phd thesis would you need a letter from the university confirming this? Or the enrolment letter is enough?
@anthonyashwin3457 Yes. You have to attend a biometrics appointment as this is a new visa. I strongly suggest you complete your PhD. if you are applying for the peer review route! If it's any other route, I don't think this will matter!! God bless!!! No Limits!!!
