Great video. I need to mount my controller to my motorcycle and use the QuadLock system, but never thought I could use it for the drone controller. I really did not want to buy another mounting system. Thanks !!🙏
Thank you. I'm really glad you found this video helpful.i would really appreciate it if you could give the video a 👍 and hit the subscribe button. Have a nice day
ha timing you just did this video - i just grabbed a mount today for mounting my air2 remote to bike so as i try to use the drone more in videos - nice work mate
Thank you, I had a good run on Saturday with this setup. Worked really well. We were out at Kinglake national park and the drone just followed! Was easy to see on the screen and not at all disruptive to the ride.
Great video, thanks! I am only missing which handlebar mount of Quad Lock you use for your GS handlebar. I’ve measured the thickness of the handlebar and it seems thicker than what is possible with the Quad Lock handlebar mount for motorcycles. The site of Quad Lock also says that the mount fits diameters to 32 mm and 35 mm (Pro mount). I have the same bike as you so I was wondering which Quad Lock handlebar mount you are using? Thank you in advance!
Hi, I am using the standard QuadLock motorcycle handlebar mount. It comes with a few rubber inserts and I use it without the inserts..it fits really Well and doesn't move. Hope this helps.
@@AdvExOz Thanks a lot Oz! Then I’m going to order that one. I didn’t see a referral link for Quad Lock, right? Otherwise I will order it through you as a token of appreciation…
@@dannyplesz no worries at all. I am glad I could help. A sub to the channel and a like would be greatly appreciated. Thank you once again and all the best! 🙏🏻
Since the universal quadlock mount doesn't fit flush on the back of the RC2, just wonder if the mount is still hanging on well 3 months later? I'm concerned that over time the seal might be compromised and let go.
@@AdvExOz Thanks for the quick response. That's good news. I'm just about to stick my mount on my RC2, but was concerned because the edges of the mount are hanging off not fitting flat. Having the RC2 in front of me while riding will help me keep track of the drone to make ensure it's following me and didn't crash. What region are you living in?
