Morning findings! I had a few dreams last night. In the first one, I was helping coworkers out when one of them did something that made me angry. I maintained my composure and the rest of my coworkers helped me to not let my anger get to me. The dream featured a bay (although I do work by a bay and an ocean) which somewhat relates to one of the associations. There was a lot of elevator troubles as well in the dream. The next dream had some "context" from the previous dream as I was still angry, but I was graduating high school and I had forgot that the graduation was that day. I was also questioning why we were having a second ceremony. In addition, I stumbled across someone infusing music with hypnosis (the last association). Finally, the "last" dream. I don't know what to classify this dream as I was drifting between waking up and sleep. I was driving when I noticed I was dreaming (had to really focus on getting scenery) and I asked the dreamling in the backseat if he was conscious. He replied "yea, somewhat." I was pondering what that meant when I heard my alarm go off. Quite a bit of associations were used, although anxiety is one of my dream signs overall. I think that since I knew I wanted to come back to this in the morning, my mind was making an effort to remember what I wrote. I remember questioning how the "random words" association would work and lo and behold, it was in one of the dreams. I also already tend to dream about work a lot as well. Great interactive video! I recently came back to lucid dreaming and just after a few days I am getting more vivid and longer dreams. But I have a problem, I think about reality checking way too often. On one hand it's good cause I'm always in the mindset of checking if I'm dreaming or not, every morning I just know to do it, but I feel like I think of doing it way too often. And I'm worrying that this will make my reality checks less important and I will not notice a difference in a dream because I do it so often. I could just do a mini reality check if I think of doing another reality check way too soon or just do reality checks whenever something that feels dream like or weird happens. My only worry is that these reality checks won't be important
