i just pretended i was on a swing in a park but that was my way to create the "bending of the knees" that he said. Then while im pretending in swing and thinking of bending my knees i started creating rules and plot stories, even if they dont happen, to see if i can remember that for the lucid dream.
Self-reflection: I was thinking about my time in the child and youth psychiatry bc boredom was the worst part of being there. Nobody told us how to behave when we are bored and mobile phones weren't allowed most of the time anyway. Boredom drove me crazy and I think that I'm a little bit traumatized bc of this. So boredom is/was ("was" thanks to this video) my natural enemy and while self-reflecting I was feeling a little bit anxious and exhausted bc I "lost" so much time in the psychiatry. Years after that I developed schizophrenia but for me it was the "best" time of my life because I got never be bored again (thanks to the voices in my head) and they told me about caring for your self and your soul in the afterlife. I could say more about it but actually I'm interested in meditation, dreams, lucid dreams and (thanks to this video) daydreaming. I went to a lot of different drugs, but I couldn't find one to help me with my metal issues. I'm pretty much (like the voices also said) on a journey to find my true self. I was thinking about so many things because of boredom, that I'd never realized that I never "think" about thinking itself. So many thanks for you, Mr. Love!

Stopped at 1:50 as instructed. I suspect that a lucid dream gave you a warning not to do something and later it seemed that if you had done it it might have been fatal.
