i think there is tremendous difference between govt dental college and top private dental college especialy in south. Government are no where near to satndards set by manipal/ savitha/ KLE/ Dharwad

Both are ok.. network during MDS for job/work opportunities.. and most important have good clinical skills..

If for BDS heck out FB groups, FB profiles, instagram tags, quora, seniors from your junior college. If MDS ask junior mds staff of your college they will have friends in other colleges.

Why do a job after endodontics? Work as a consultant or put your own clinic. If you have good clinical skills both are good options..

MDS is very very costly sir My sister is currently doing MDS and i feel like money is going like hell, i really don’t when will this end 2 lakhs for instruments , seprate money for confrence registration, and fees is also amazing package , I suggest never do MDS just try for government job you will not be able to earn that much money like you are investing right now….

On the basis of neet 2020 rank , I got pedo in Jss dental college,Karnataka.OPD is good .but I m scared that could I fetch money by taking this dept?

Hi Jessica, I dont know about this college in particular. But in general I feel that pedodontics has scope. The reason is parents are willing to spend on their children these days. Even if they delay their own treatment, children are a priority. But two things you should understand treatment plans well and second you should learn the skill of managing kids. Pedo is all about managing the kid that is what differentiates between good and average pedodontists. Learn to love kids even the naughty ones😁. Wish you luck with what ever you decide 🙂👍🏻..
