I work in a private bank with a certain “type” of clients. The ones that can afford to buy 10mil private jet. But hearing Steve is like going to school. A true gentleman and a real businessman
@TheChuky18
@TheChuky18 11 месяцев назад
Do they have over 10mil when they finance/buy a 10mil jet, or less? Or way more? I mean they just finance because clearly you dont spend such an amount on 1 thing even if you have enough, right? But i wonder if you buy a jet even if you have less, like normal people buy a house and finance because they dont have it
@Alberto1993
@Alberto1993 11 месяцев назад
@@TheChuky18 it depends. Usually they have more than 10mil. But you don’thave to. The important thing is the cash flow. If you have enough cash flow you can pay a finance for the jet. Usually my clients are private or company that have the amount of money but invested in stock or etf. So they don’t want to disinvest to buy a jet. We finance part of the jet, the other part is cash.

Fr, I had a guy trying to nag down my 3000$ motorcycle to 2500 for almost an hour. That was just the time spent on the price, he took almost an hour inspecting it and couldn’t find any faults except that he didn’t like the color. I had plenty of pictures in the ad and you could tell the color of the 50 cars in the background, the eye color of the bird in the sky but somehow the color of the bike was a surprise for him.
@stanborisov9421

Yeah. This is for many reasons. Once you get past a certain dollar amount - the minority wealthy people - they’re buyers, they’re serious, they know what they want and you’d never look for a Jet unless you have an intent to buy. Cars in the other hand, anyone can buy one with good credit bad credit cash, etc. millions of cars out there and people like me even look for cars often as a hobby and if I come across something I like but never planned on buying I’ll engage with the seller.

He makes it look easier, but that's because he's a damn master. A rich person doesn't want to lose time, money they got plenty, but time is always scarce. So, if the price is acceptable you are going for it, but there's a catch. Rich people respect a seller who knows his stuff, why? Because it removes uncertainty. If you are putting 10-20 mill into a purchase, and your seller can tell you from his memory immediately things like the age, the model, the range, knows distances between cities, knows maintenance costs, sizes, commodities, then you are saving time and above all have nothing to be uncertain off because you see a true businessman.

Steve wanted the guy or girl, to have a real conversation face to face and find the best fit for them based on their needs, but from what the guy said the buyer just wanted to spend a certain amount of money, maybe a little more, to go from X to Y in a luxurious plane, that's it. In this case Steve has two choices imo, he could make the sale, by giving them what they want, but with the risk of them complaining later, because they find out luxury and number of miles aren't the only important aspects in a private jet, resulting in bad publicity or stand his ground and educating the buyer in making a thoughtful purchase, but with the risk of coming off arrogant, boring them or make them think he's wasting their time and ultimately losing the sale.
@CrackedCandy
@CrackedCandy 10 месяцев назад
Dealing with anyone other than the decision maker, the end buyer is a waste of time. That's why he wanted her on the call. The next best was the accountant, who will improperly interpret the presentation. Once you reach this level of wealth there are people that cant trust weasels so their financial planners intercept all of these people for them. Kinda like the wil smith movie hitch.

99.99% of these calls are time wasters that know someone that knows someone that knows someone and they want a slice of the action with 0.001% chance of anything materializing. That's the frustration of selling products with a high price tag - there's always people looking for a slice of the action and it's difficult to look for that one needle in the hay stack that is genuinely serious. Usually serious calls already have all their ducks in a row; they're well aware of what they want since they've researched extensively or done this previously and the questions they ask are usually very different. Also serious calls would not hesitate to arrange a video call (doesn't have to be with the female client, it could be with anyone that represents her), the moment calls start asking many questions and yet stalling when it comes to in-person meetings or video calls this is usually indicative of opportunists that are trying to close their own deals and want to arm themselves with whatever knowledge they can gather for their own sales pitch.

This is great. I'm an HVAC technician and I have found that selling something is not really selling it. People already know what they want, you just need to inform them. If you know your product and can answer every one of their questions with confidence, then the customer will be loyal to you.

I was told to watch this, as I am a seller of fine automobiles. If this woman is from a royal family and she doesn't want to take the zoom call, that's understandable. However, if she doesn't want to buy the jet outright but rather prefers to make payments, I see major red flags. Although, I still lock down the sale.

FoA, congrats on your success. I really enjoy your content. HOWEVER, I'd most humbly like to express my constructive criticism on the way he knowingly accepted an objection VERY EASY to overcome. But before going forward I'd like to know whether other sales people out there saw it too. And again, congrats on the channel and your apparently successful business.

What stands out to me is his expertise in the details of what he is offering. He doesn't have to consult a list. It underscores you really need to understand at a deep level what you have to offer.

He should just have a video presentation of each jet with air ranges in his studio set up with visuals etc. Then they just chose. Any questions and he can confirm

@@Bubbles99718 it is nothing other than a simple database based on 4 key inputs that they decide. Simple online webpage where they just input and then list of planes available with video presentation for each. Then they decide.

He just know there aren't many seller on airplanes so he can just repet get me that person so i can influence him to do what i want in 3-4 ways again and again 😊 i mean i work in selles too, it is the best way to make bigest money, but no way he should put this one in. I think most people didn't even get what he is doing and posible don't even get what i am saying...😢
