some extra for me i'm starting but its working great just hard work promoting myself but i made 475$ with 4 beats last month so i was happy most i ever made =) oh and waiting on a 75$ extra tomorrow whoo!
I just quit my full time my job cause I found out that music Is what I want to do with my life. Since this is all I have, I have to succeed with it now. Rather take this risk now than later in my life I wish everyone here good luck on there journey🙏🏽
Tip #1: 2:00 - Don't focus on money, focus on visibility. Tip #2: 3:34 - Niche down; focus on it. Tip #3: 4:50 - Free stuff is okay, IF it has a purpose. Tip #4: 7:00 - Monetize anything. Too many people doing the same thing -> do something different -> tip#2 Tip #5: 9:15 - Invest in your brand.
hello, I'm testing a new format for the promotion and sale of beats, in which you will be able to publicize and sell your beats, the project is still under development, follow me on Instagram : @atacadaodasbeats
Ardrik Charod Beats honestly just he consistent bro, I haven’t sold a beat in last 2 months, but u gotta be consistent any how, treat this as a small business
@@ScarsMusic bro I started making beats on my other channel and I don't promote anything like i just upload the beat and get few views will this get me anywhere to selling a beat?
@@shubanxvo318 yeah bro, I don’t promote any of my stuff either, grow 2 platforms tho, just in case if one goes down. Think from a rapper or singers perspective and see if ur beats are easy to rap on or not
you really reinvented yourself man, it's an impressive contrast in only two years. looking forward to more content now that this lockdown is lifting over there :)
cant wait for the video about nr 4! as i have a lot of creative/artistic/musical skills but i have no idea how to make a living out of these or how to combine them. but you sparked something in me that i want to try
People forget that networking is just a huge thing. You need to connect to your local scene, you need to talk to people in your own country. All my sales, period (so far), have been from networking and not beatstars/youtube. It's been hitting up rappers, giving out free beats to them and growing with them. Great video, it's good to know i'm on the right path.
I’ve been looking for other ways of creating new revenue streams, and This video gave me some fantastic new ways of thinking. Appreciate it! Definitely subscribed.
Hey Ed, you are such a big inspiration to me and i just want to thank you. Im currently saving for monitors and making beats with gaming headphones wich isnt reallt great for mixing but thats okay. This video just helps me out a lot because i want to start selling beats at the end of 2020 / begin 2021. This just helps with working towards that and being prepared to do it right. Thanks🙏
Great video! ❤️🙏🏽Sometimes I underestimate the power of consistency. All of this is great advice but I sometimes fall in the trap of overthinking and perfectionism and have to remind myself the importance of consistency.
Just got Beatstars pro the other day, reuploading all my beats as a comment this, and can't wait to see where I go in the next year. Thanks for this video Ed!!!
You are the best Edddd love u, i started waching your videos and i thought that you were like 1 M subs, because of you excellent quality of videos and stuff, you will grow broooo, you are the best ed✌
Great content! Thank you so much! I appreciate you sharing this! Definitely looking forward to see the video on monetizing everything! I definitely want to see you go into details and give some examples so that we get some ideas to get us going! Can you also go deeper into niching down!? I know that is so critical! You can really go anywhere without nailing that down. Man you need to make a course on this!

Great tips! Just started on Beatstars because I can’t work in the studio with artists due to COVID-19. Hope everyone is still going strong during this pandemic🙏🏼 stay safe and productive! 🔥
I started learning music production because of a video from Simon Servida and you! Uploaded my first beat at the end of january but I did not make a sale yet sadly. I lost my job and really feel like this is now my true vocation so I stopped playing pc games and all my time goes to my new career! Been uploading pretty much everywhere from Soundcloud, Audiomack, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Beatstars, Airbit and my own Beatstore Page + I now use Distrokid. Being busy so much really helps me with keeping my sanity and even though I haven't made a single dollar yet, Its still worth it for the feeling of getting better at something. Unsuccessful but blooming :D Thanks anyway Mr Talenti, your videos have helped me start my journey and I intend on getting God-Tier skilled!! A guy can hope ;)
I just listened to your beats, they are good, but I think that you should put some rappers in the title so people can find you easier. If you start uploading "Pop Smoke type beat" every day or every other day, you will get more views and subscribers. When people look for beats, they usually look for a beat that a certain artists uses. I would recommend you trying that, and see what happens.

Im have been a music producer for a long time. I had really bad times because i was overthinking everything and didn't had any fun anymore. So i just stopped making music for months. This video gave me the energy to start again, with fun. Thankyou!

Diggin your channel big E! Great music and topics. Personally, I have a diverse portfolio of music money makers... that dont make much consistent money lol. Licensing, playing live, lessons, beats, production/session work, etc etc.
VISIBLE! Great Video Ed! I am looking forward to watch your Video in 2 years from here when you say you don't like your acting in front of the camera back in 2020 Great work dude see you
so amazing watching this immediately after watching your first 2018 video "how I made $1000" your hard work has really paid off, thanks for sharing your experience
Great vid! Thanks for the tips. Just started my journey. Hope to start selling some beats on Beatstars. Whilst doing a bit of research, came across this video.
the camera thing is actually very helpful i did a video of myself and it was nerv-racking in the beginning but after awhile you almost forget its there LOL but very fun non the less after watching the video myself of ME, i think the hardest part about it is actually showcasing your skills in that way. i watch other producers and i do things while they make beats only listening to what they make. and its fun can't wait to start producing in this sorta way cause it WORKS
I been producing for a fat minute now and just started to get into actually putting my beats out there. I see what you're saying as far as a niche and I love doing Polo G type stuff but sometimes I like to make some NLE Choppa or Moneybagg Yo type stuff just because of how I feel atm. So will posting something other than the same type of beat ruin my RU-vid or can I post all kinds of things and sort them into playlists...?
Thank you man, this is sooo helpful. Funny thing actually, I've never made any money online, and my brother challenged me to get at least 100$ before the quarantine is over, and I've been making beats for three years now and had no idea how to even begin, so thank you man, thank you soo much!!
@@ArdrikCharod I hope you mad some income now! I mean me, I honestly believe every one should have at least a better idea about how this whole thing works, it's still hard for me to reach people, but it is what it is man, just have to stay at it as long as I love it!
