Timing is impeccable on this video. Thank you bricksie i was just thinking about this stuff you keep producing amazing content fulfilling new thi ga and question keep up the amazing work.
I tried to sell my legos on Ebay before but it wasnt getting any views or attention. I had to give up. Im looking into bricklink now since its seems so easy to list stuff on there.
Don't forget to look at the "Price Guide" tab. There you can see sales info for the past 6 months. What the lowest, highest and average prices are. Definitely helps when deciding on what sets to buy to sell and the price range you want to be in.
When doing "instructional" videos of any kind, it's a good idea to take on the perspective of your target audience. I lasted 5mins into this video before I looked elsewhere for a video that's also mentioning the relevant details & pitfalls...
when someone orders it how do u sell it to them like is someone fomr bricklink going to come to ur house and pick it up or do u have to pay for a delivery to the customers house???
So I'm a Magic/YuGiOh/Pokemon seller, and there are "price guides" so I can see which ones are rare and worth money. Is there anything like that for Lego? Also there are just straight up "buy lists" where you publish a list of cards you're always looking for and the price your paying, so other people sell straight to you and then you sell for profit, is there anything like that? Do lego exchanges exist other than bricklink? Bricklink looks like it was designed in 2005 and never updated. I find it difficult to use. :) Any advice would be great.
Bind to super lot on the bottom of your listing, is that where I could do a bulk sell ? Say for example I have 10 different Mario sets that I only want to sell as a bulk listing ? or does everything have to be listed as a single set?
There is three tiers when it comes to Bricklink fees. 1st, 3% of order total up to $500 USD; 2nd. 3% of the initial $500 USD plus 2% of the remaining total ($500.01-$1,000 USD); 3rd. 3% of initial $500, plus the 2% of the $500.01-$1,000, plus 1% of the remaining total over $1,000.01 USD
I totally disagree. Ebay is a lot better because of the pictures. I don't buy things without looking at the pictures first. Especially when it comes to sets. I don't go by the words that people just write on there because most people either lie or they don't describe it well. I never buy sets on bricklink and you just proved to me why.
@@JamesMondasian I am not going out of my way to ask for pictures. If they don't want to take the time to put up pics, then they are not the kind of sellers I want to buy from.
