Hi Carmel, No, they do not need to sign up. Form links by default are directly accessible. However, if you changed your form's access settings to private or company access only, they will be asked to signup/login to their Jotform account. Here's how to change your form's access settings www.jotform.com/help/1205-how-to-change-the-access-settings-of-a-form/. If you have more questions, please contact us via our Support System through our contact form here www.jotform.com/contact/. Thanks!
Hi Jorge! amazing video, thanks. I have 1 question: I had managed to pass on my data from form 1 to form2 by doing a redirect link E.G my form1 to Form2 but the person to fill in form2 is somebody else...is it possible to redirect form1 to form2 straight to that somebody?
Hi Ivy, Our Share on Email feature allows you to send your form up to 10 emails at a time if you are subscribed to any of our paid plans. If you need to send to more than 10 emails, you can simply repeat the same steps and enter another set of 10 email addresses. If you're interested in upgrading your plan, please visit our pricing page at www.jotform.com/pricing/. It's important to note that sending your form to 200 email addresses all at once is not currently possible. In such cases, we recommend using your own email service provider to share your forms without any limitations. If you have any other questions, let us know through our Support Contact Form at www.jotform.com/contact/. We'll be happy to help.
Hi, Great video, thank you! I'm using the free version and trying to send the direct access link to my contract for clients. However it is not giving direct access to them. It has them sign in then says they need permission and has them request access. Is there a way to actually give them direct access to the form and still get the electronic signature required on the contract?
Hi Kim, The form by default can be directly accessed by anyone with the link, it does not ask anyone to sign up or log in to Jotform. However, if you changed your form's access settings to Private or Company Access only, they will be asked to sign up/log in to Jotform. You can change your form's access settings back to Public to give direct access to your form. Here's how: www.jotform.com/help/1205-how-to-change-the-access-settings-of-a-form. Please contact us via our Support System through our Support Contact Form here www.jotform.com/contact/ for your further questions. Thanks!
That's not possible. Our forms rely on javascript and most email client does not support javascript or even some HTML codes therefore embedding the form source code will not work on email. Email clients are not browsers and most email client has different levels of code restrictions.
Hi, You can enable the PDF Attachment in your form notifications so the PDF file that contains your submissions data will be included as attachment in the email. Guide: www.jotform.com/help/503-How-to-include-submissions-as-PDF-attachment-in-the-email-notifications
Hello Kellie, If you're referring to the same feature "Share On Email" as seen in this video tutorial, it is possible to input multiple recipient email addresses in the Recipients tab. However, suppose you are referring to the email recipients when someone submits your form then this is the guide for that: www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Form-Emails-to-Multiple-Recipients. If you have further questions, please contact us using our support contact form at www.jotform.com/contact/. We would be happy to assist you.
For all accounts, there's a limit of 5 emails per hour. If you have any other questions, please let us know at www.jotform.com/contact/ so we can help. Have a good one!
