Thank you so much for your video it really help me out. I am new seller on the EBay my first item has been sold and I have been asked to give an invoice which I didn’t knew that and I watched your video which really helps me out. Thank you 🙏🏼
I thought there was a way to send an invoice without the customer having to send anything? What does the customer have to do to get to the email you showed? Thanks. Love your channel. Suzanne
Thank you... here are the steps: Find the item: In Seller Hub, select Orders. In My eBay, select Sold. From Actions, select Send invoice. Make any necessary changes (to shipping charges, payment methods, etc.). Select Send invoice.
Hello Roy and Kim! Another wonderful video, Roy! I love this stapler and use it almost every day. The second I saw it in your store, I knew it would be good quality - because that's how you roll! I would have replied sooner but my twin brother was visiting! It was nice get together, for the first time, after our father's passing. I've been enjoying these videos since your return - as well as the ones on Nomadic Pickers! Thank you for always putting out great and inspiring content! :D
Hi Jane, I made this video a while back, and saved it as a filler between videos. Thanks for all you do and your support. Glad things are going well.😁👍
This does help. It's easy when you get a request for an invoice. I need to cook up an invoice from a buyer who purchased 3 months ago and he just messaged me send me an invoice
I would love to know how to send a second invoice through eBay after the buyer has already paid for the first. I have a buyer who gave me the wrong address. I shipped the item and it got returned back to me. However, the buyer still wants it. But ever since eBay took over the payments from PayPal, I can't find an option anywhere to send an invoice in this situation. U
Since the buyer gave the wrong address and the item was returned, it's the buyers mistake. You can refund the buyer and relist the item. Then the buyer can repurchase it with the correct address.
how do you let seller know you wish to buy 2-3 items ? (where seller also writes if you buy 2-3 items we can adjust the shipping price and ship together, wait for invoice first before paying). (I'm totally new to Ebay, thats what happens when you from eu xD) thanks for any info :D
Can you add a description to the adjustment? I want to label the additonal charge for closing costs on real estate. As written in the description the auction is for the property price but the closing cost is additional to the puchase price.
@@RKTreasureCenter I asked eBay support if they can add an option to change the adjustment label. They said they will pass it along to the development team. Hopefully they implement that. Anything to reduce friction for a sale would be in eBay's best interest.
Thankyou this is so helpfu. I hope someone can answer this question I’m selling a heater on EBay for 35 I think and someone offered 70$ and I accepted. Now they are sending me a message wanting total amount fo I charge the 70$ they affected plus shipping? And also they send and email and phone number for me to text them to answer questions. I feel it’s a scam and it’s such a big waste of my time. What do you thin?
You can send the invoice which has the breakdown. Never go through a text or go through outside ebay or they can suspend you for an ebay violation. If you think they may be a scam you can always cancel the order prior to shipping. I would send the invoice and wait for payment. You don't have to conversation back and forth. If they don't pay within 4 calendar days then you can open an unpaid buyer case. This will end up being in your favor and the case will be closed. Have no worries. Just follow ebay policies.
Hello! My eBay is not allowing me to add more than a certain number (36-38) of times on an invoice. I have a buyer who purchased over 70 items total and eBay is attempting to split items into two separate invoices. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
Let the buyer know the situation. I would then send the two invoices. You can give the buyer a discount on the invoices if you want. I would explain to the buyer that its going to be shipments. OR...when the buyer pays, if you can put all the items in one box, then go ahead and ship it. On the ebay screen next to the shipping you can put the same tracking number next to the purchases to show that there is one box being mailed and if needed refund the buyer someone if they overpaid. Don't worry. You will determine the best way. I'm glad they bought a bunch from you.😁👍
If your set up under your name then you may have ro go to the settings and see if you can change the name to your business. I'm not sure if you can or not
