New subbie! I love your prompt/posing style. May i ask what focus setting are you using for the beautiful movements? A face/eye tracking, continuous focus, or a one shot or something? I love movement 😍 but I'm always so nervous about missing focus. Thanks so much please keep making your vids

What camera and lens are you using

This is photographed with a Canon R5 body and a Sigma 85mm 1.4 art series lens (with the adapter to make those seamlessly work together). Now, we use the Canon RF 85 mm 1.2! You can find all of our gear at cameronandtia.com/favorites

GREAT question! We teach aaaaalll about this in our posing course: Posing for Purpose! We encourage everyone to find a place that is just a step up from their normal personality - almost like putting on a tiny bit of a performance - like a Sasha Fierce persona!

Hi Laura!! A Sigma art 85 1.4!! We loveeeeee it! We actually now use the canon RF 1.2, but this sigma was well loved!!

@@rbj.photography AGREED! We always loved our sigma art 85 and had no problems with it, but when we upgraded to the RF WOWOWOWWW! It blew our mind. But it's oh-so-heavy!!! Hahaha. It's a big one to lug around. And we've never been zoom lens people so I think we haven't had practice lugging around something like a 70-200mm. How about you? Do you have some larger zoom lenses in your arsenal?

@@CameronandTia Agreed. Such a fabulous lens. I do have a Nikon as well and for that camera I have a 70-200mm and I had the heavy Sigma 105 1.4 so I've had some practice.

@@rbj.photography You were loaded up! Honestly, we have never had a lens anywhere near as hefty as the 85 so we were very unprepared haha.
