Thank you for this. I agree with everything! It would also be good to invest more in the team leaders, equip them to minister to their team members (Eph. 4:12). As ministry head, you can't do it all yourself. Jesus taught the crowd but mentored his disciples closely, and they were the ones who went to the ends of the earth. It would be more manageable for you, while your team leaders grow in their leadership and are able to more closely minister to their team. We had over a thousand volunteers prepandemic and if it were not for our faithful and amazing team leaders, our ministry would crumble and the staff would break down from stress :D

Its been 3 yrs Im working as a Kids church leader and its been so hard to me due to pandemic (covid) to bring all together and to start from beginning . Want more this kind of video so I can work on which i need to . And Im from Nepal where the resources and material are limits so if i can get some help (lessons, books or more which are helpful for kids ) Thank you and hope to see more videos in future.God bless you
