This is my Shark IF260UK which I recently bought from a friend.
It is not working very well as the cleaning performance is mightily impaired and probably has something to do with the fact that the Duo Clean brushes are totally clogged up with dog hair.
If the cleaning performance of your Shark Duo-Clean is impaired then I highly recommend you service the rollers and in this video I'll show you how it's done. Less than five minutes and the job is completed. One huge tip for you - be sure to keep the comb behind the soft roller clean and clear from debris otherwise the filth can literally 'eat' into the roller and ruin it.
I did a little bit of research on Shark whilst editing this video. Did you know they've only been around since 1993? Here's a little extract from their Wikipedia page:
